The PRENTIX Story
It all started with seeing the same story everywhere: employers struggling to find skilled workers, and motivated people feeling stuck without clear paths to learn on the job. The demand was there on both sides, but the connection wasn't happening.
We realized the gap came down to resources. Existing systems are designed to help employers build training programs, but nothing helps motivated workers advocate for themselves. Small business owners are too busy to research and plan, while workers have no tools to navigate the complicated funding and training systems.
That's when it clicked. What if we flipped the script? What if instead of waiting, workers could take the lead? What if they could research opportunities, find funding, and make the business case themselves?
