This course is designed for incumbent workers - people who are already employed and want to create apprenticeship or work-based learning opportunities at their current workplace. This Course is For You If: ✅ You're currently employed and want to develop new skills while keeping your job ✅ You work at a company that doesn't currently have a formal apprenticeship program ✅ You're willing to take initiative to research and propose your own learning pathway ✅ You can commit 15-20 hours over 4-6 weeks to complete the course and research ✅ You're comfortable making phone calls and contacting organizations for information ✅ If you're in the skilled trades: You work at a non-union shop OR your local union isn't currently accepting apprentices This Course is NOT For You If: ❌ You're looking for a new job (try our "New Pathway" course instead) ❌ Your company already has established apprenticeship programs ❌ You want a "quick fix" - this process requires research and persistence Ready to build your own apprenticeship pathway?
